How To Stop Hair Loss In 2021

No body will like to lose his or her hairs in this modern world, especially someone in his or her teen age or even before 40 years age. With each passing day people suffering from hair loss try many different medicines, exercises, and different type of treatments but some times all you need is to change your life style to fight with hair loss .Here I will share few tips with all of you that how I controlled my hair fall.

Heredity :

The main reason of hair loss is heredity hair loss and about 90 percent of hair loss occur due to heredity. This type of hair loss is very common in men. If someone is suffering from heredity hair loss the chances of getting hairs is very less. Plasma rich platelets may help in some cases but that is not permanent solution and mostly men go for hair transplant.

Stress

To stop hair fall you have to live with stress free life. Because stress is the first and common problem which may lead to hair loss . If we look at to our life style now days almost everyone is facing so many problems about job, family, education, breakup etc all these problems may lead us to stress.

Lifestyle :

The other reason of hair loss is our lifestyle, sleeping at late night and waking up at late morning not doing dinner and breakfast on time and skipping exercise all these things have directly affect on our body which may lead to hair loss. Now days mostly people don’t have time for exercise to maintain good health of hair it is important that to do exercise because for healthy hairs blood circulation is very important. Head stand is the best exercise for hair fall problem.

Proper diet

Not taking proper amount of protein and iron may cause to hair loss. To stop hair fall we must take proper amount of nutrients in diet. The food which are rich in protein include meat, fish, egg and vegetables like spinach containing iron these food will surely help in our all body health and also will have great effects on hairs health.

Keeping body hydrate :

To stop hair loss it is important to keep body hydrate and take about 9 glasses of water every day. The more water You will take the good will be blood circulation system of your body.

Applying natural oils :

Applying natural oils is always good for maintaining good hairs and by doing massage with naturals will help in better blood circulation and it will result in better growth of hairs. The best natural oil which I will personally recommend is mustard oil or coconut oil.

Avoid shampooing everyday :

Due to our busy life style we take shower day and some twice or three times and each time we apply shampoo to our hairs which may cause damage hair roots. so avoid shampooing hair every day.

Take shower with cold water :

some times taking shower with warm water may result in damage of our hair follicle and result in hair loss to stop hair loss try to take shower with normal water.
